BM Tech Serwis has successfully completed a full service of VPSA system valves and actuators for Air Products. The entire project was delivered within 7 days, in strict accordance with the operational principle:

“Not to stop the plant.”

Scope of work:

✔ Comprehensive service of VPSA valves and actuators
Including inspection, cleaning, adjustment and preparation for oxygen service.

✔ Leak tests and oxygen-ready preparation
All valves were tested for tightness and cleaned to meet safety requirements for oxygen applications.

✔ Work performed without shutting down the installation
Continuous plant operation required precise planning and execution — all tasks were completed safely and on time.
